Regular Graphic Tees
For regular graphic tees, please contact us if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is another issue with your order. We will review the case and help with a suitable solution.

Custom Pet Tees
Custom pet tees are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or canceled once production has started.

Before production begins, we will send you a design preview for approval. One small revision is available before production. Please review the design, color, size, and uploaded image carefully before approving.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
