SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

MarkMuse offers ready-made graphic apparel and custom pet artwork apparel for customers in the United States. Product images, mockups, colors, and sizing information are provided for reference. Actual colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, garment size, and fabric differences.

For custom pet apparel, you are responsible for uploading clear images and providing accurate order details. We may create a design preview before production when applicable. Production may begin after your order details and design preview are confirmed.

By default, custom artwork is printed on the front of the garment unless otherwise stated or requested. If you prefer a back print or another placement, please include your request in the custom notes before placing your order.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. MarkMuse reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order or customized, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started.

If we need to contact you about your order, we may use the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping address provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS

For custom products, you agree that you have the right to use any photo, image, name, text, or other content you upload or submit to us. You also confirm that your submitted content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may refuse custom content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, hateful, explicit, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Custom products are made specifically for you. Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, custom products may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started, except where required by law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping fees, and other charges are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery within the United States.

Ready-made graphic apparel has an estimated delivery time of 6-9 business days.

Custom pet apparel has an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. Custom orders include a design preview and approval step before production. If approval is delayed, the final delivery time may also be delayed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you, subject to applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, defective items, and order issues are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before placing your order.
