At MarkMuse, we create made-to-order pet apparel and ready-made graphic apparel with care. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Shipping Area

We currently offer delivery within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free U.S. delivery on eligible orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Ready-made graphic apparel:
Estimated delivery is 6-9 business days.

Custom pet apparel:
Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days. Custom orders include a design preview and approval step before production. If approval is delayed, the final delivery time may also be delayed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

For custom pet apparel, please make sure your uploaded image and custom notes are complete. We will prepare a design preview and contact you by email before production.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopmarkmuse.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipping.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected events.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@shopmarkmuse.com and we will help you check the order status.

Custom Orders

Custom pet apparel is made specifically for your order. Because of this, custom production begins after the design preview process.

Please check your email after placing a custom order so you do not miss your design preview or any follow-up questions from our team.
